Howdy Dispatch

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment

Howdy Dispatch is committed to making its marketing website and product applications usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We target conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on the marketing website and inside the dispatcher application.

What this means in practice

  • Text contrast ratios meet or exceed 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI elements
  • All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard
  • Form fields have visible labels and accessible error states
  • Images that convey information have meaningful alt text
  • Focus indicators are visible
  • Page structure uses semantic HTML headings and landmarks
  • We test with at least one screen reader (VoiceOver on macOS / iOS) before major releases

Known gaps

We do not currently claim full WCAG 2.1 Level AAA conformance. Specific known gaps that we are working to remediate include comprehensive screen-reader testing on the iOS driver application and an accessibility audit of the live tracking map. We update this section as we close gaps.

Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our marketing website or in our applications, please contact us at hello@howdydispatch.comwith the subject line "Accessibility" and a description of the issue, the URL or screen, your browser or assistive technology, and how the issue affected you. We will respond within one business day and prioritize fixes appropriately.
