We do not sell or share

Howdy Dispatchdoes not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in "targeted advertising" as defined under state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA (California), TDPSA (Texas), VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), and UCPA (Utah).

This page exists because California regulations require a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every business that processes the personal information of California residents, even when (as in our case) the answer is that we do not sell or share.

Honoring Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and we do not load consent-gated analytics on the marketing site.

Submit a privacy request

To exercise any of your rights under state privacy laws (right to know, correct, delete, port, opt out, or appeal), send an email to privacy@howdydispatch.comwith the subject line "Privacy Request". Include:

• The right you are exercising
• Your full name and the email address associated with any account
• Your Carrier name and MC# or USDOT# (if you are a Carrier user)
• The state of residence under which you are claiming the right

We respond within the timeframe required by applicable state law (typically 45 days, extendable once with notice). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with valid power-of-attorney documentation.
